Terms of Entry to Mpower National Business Awards for Mums in business
The Mpower National Business Awards 2019 (“Awards”) are organised and promoted by Mpower Global Limited of Suites 17 & 18, Riverside House, Lower Southend Road, Wickford Essex, SS11 8BB (“Mpower” or “We”) .

Entries must be submitted online via our website or by post to Mpower Global Limited, Curdlands Farmhouse, Harthill Road, Burwardsley, CH3 9NU
Except for judges of the Mpower National Business Awards, entry to the Awards is open to all parents, and primary caregivers, of children of all ages who have been trading for four years or less at the time of entry. Those who have been trading for more than four years may enter the 'Established Star' category. Individuals may submit a maximum of one entry and one category per entry.
The Awards are open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over. Entries from outside these areas will be accepted in the 'International' category only. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested following your entry. Entry to the Awards is free and there is no purchase necessary. If you are shortlisted and /or win the Awards then you may be required to participate in publicity and you agree to this and to the publishing of your name on our website and in other promotional materials and social media channels.
All entries must be submitted in English and comply with the entry criteria . All entries must be received by midnight on 31st March 2019. However, we may at our discretion choose to extend this submission date and we will give notice of this on our website.
Late, illegible or incomplete entries to the Awards will not be accepted. Mpower Global Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of dispatch shall not be proof of entry. We accept no responsibility for participants being unable to connect with our website or any problem, technical or otherwise, connected with your email or internet connection. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
The shortlisted entrants to the Awards will be decided by us in accordance with the judging criteria set out on our website and this decision shall be final. No correspondence relating to the Awards selection process will be entered into.
Entrants whose entries are shortlisted will be notified by 24th May 2019 via the email address provided in the entry, and names will be published on the website www.mpower.global (and our social media channels). You will be contacted and invited to the Awards ceremony taking pace in Birmingham on 29th June 2019. If you wish to attend the Awards ceremony you will be required to purchase a ticket.
Mpower Global Ltd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or cancel the Awards and to amend these Terms of Entry without prior notice.
The Awards are judged by a panel of independent judges. The judges reserve the right to re-classify or reject any entry that does not comply with the requirements of these Terms of Entry. No feedback will be given on individual entries. In all matters, the decision of the judges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Winners of the Awards will be announced at the Awards to be held on 29th June 2019, in Birmingham. Mpower Global Ltd will contact all shortlisted organisations’ in advance to book tickets to attend the Awards. Mpower Global Ltd. does not provide free attendance to the Awards for winners or shortlisted organisations.
All entries may be used by Mpower Global Ltd. for our normal commercial purposes including within publicity and marketing for the Awards and as part of a database within Mpower Global Ltd. websites and other products. You agree to such use without restriction or condition. Mpower Global Ltd. shall be entitled to edit or amend your entry as it sees fit for these purposes.
We will own the copyright and all intellectual property rights in all entries to the Awards and in consideration of us allowing you entry to the Awards you irrevocably assign to us any and all such rights with full title guarantee.
These Terms of Entry shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
